Support & FAQ

Everything you need to know

What is PixelEstate?

PixelEstate is a shared digital billboard — a 20×20 pixel grid with 400 slots. Anyone can claim a slot to permanently display their brand, logo, and a link to their website.

How much does a slot cost?

Each slot costs $4 — a one-time payment. No subscriptions, no hidden fees, no renewals.

What do I get with a slot?

Your slot displays your brand name, logo image, a short message, and a clickable link to your website. Every visitor to PixelEstate sees it.

How do I purchase a slot?

Click any empty slot on the grid, fill in your details (name, logo, link), and complete the payment via Razorpay. Your slot goes live instantly.

Is my slot permanent?

Yes. Once you purchase a slot, your brand stays on the grid permanently. There are no recurring charges.

Can I edit my slot after purchasing?

Currently, slots cannot be edited after purchase. Please double-check your details before completing the payment. If you need a change, contact us at dharnanandhu968@gmail.com.

What image formats are supported?

You can upload PNG, JPG, or WebP images. The image is automatically compressed for optimal display on the grid.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking through Razorpay. The price is $4 USD (converted to INR at checkout).

Can I get a refund?

Since slots are digital goods that go live instantly, we generally don't offer refunds. If you experience a payment issue or technical problem, reach out to dharnanandhu968@gmail.com and we'll help.

My payment went through but I don't see my slot

Slots usually appear within a few seconds. If it's been more than a minute, try refreshing the page. If it still doesn't show, email us at dharnanandhu968@gmail.com with your payment ID and we'll sort it out.
